Think about your experience using GALILEO to find sources. How was this different from how you have searched for information in the past? Explain how using specific search strategies and evaluating sources impacted the quality of what you found.

Prompt Response: Using GALILEO takes more direct search terms and allows you to nitpick the format, date span, type of source, etc. Unlike past research tools, GALILEO had a lot more extra results based on little bits of the search term. I had to deepen and refine my search terms so I could get results that I needed because if I used simple one word terms I would get thousands of results, some of which did not relate to my topic at all.

Summary: Today, we began the research portion of our project.

Reflection: I think the research is going to be somewhat easy with its stumps here and there but so far the only problem I've had is finding sources relating to my topic.
